The restaurant's cuisine is inspired by the Tuscan food tradition and is primarily linked to what is offered by season, market and territory: pappardelle (large egg noodle pasta) with wild boar, tagliatelle (noodle pasta) with porcini mushrooms and green mint, Tuscan ossobuco (veal marrow-bone), bistecca Fiorentina (Florentine t-bone steak), and the tagliata di manzo (beef-cut), with Chianti wine are the most beloved classics.
Some of the different special dishes that our chefs offer are: spaghetti alla carbonara, testaroli alla Lunigiana with pesto sauce, fagottini with Tuscan pecorino cheese, pears and melted butter, tagliata di manzo (beef cut) with balsamic vinegar, or tagliata di maiale (pork cut) with almonds and vin santo.
For the desserts, to note are our extra dark chocolate black tart, and our fresh fruit baskets prepared on order and served with fresh cream. |
