La Bussola is an historic Florence establishment, created in 1960 by businessman Piero Serni, who was one of the first to realize that the 'Pizzeria' would have grown widely in Italy becoming one of the favourite habits in our country. La Bussola thus became one of the three first pizza restaurants to be opened in Florence.

It quickly entered into the hearts and habits of the Florentine people and for the last fifty years has never stopped producing excellent pizza and fine cuisine.

La Bussola is a family run establishment which boasts a tight-knit group of collaborators. As a result, a true expanded family has formed where everyone carries out their role with true dedication and passion.
